I don´t know how long they ban you for asking legitimate question or if the ban is permanent over there, at this point I really don´t care. I tried to talk to FS-Andy on discord and got banned on the spot (don´t know what kind of a Nazi operation FS is really running). There is moreover no platform too discuss any of this on FS part. Needless to say this has caused a bad blood in the team, some have quit, other completely stopped spending money on the game (which is probably a good thing as FS takes it away when you are maxed anyway). Yet Fingersoft don´t even dignify him with a answer, just some standard EULA bs that does not hold water! One has to wonder if being maxed is working against him, FS don´t expect him to spend more money because of that, so they really don´t care if he is innocent and banned. The player in question is fully maxed and has been for awhile, so he has absolutely no reason to cheat. We are talking about a guy that has spent a huge amount of money over long time.
